I am an individual student, how do I get started?

Purchase the course of your choice or register the voucher you were given from the Administrator. At checkout you will be asked to create a new account or login to your existing account by entering a username and password. We collect some demographic information to maintain your continuing education records and certificates.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. To group purchase by check or money order (made out to AboveTraining Inc.), email Online Learning or call 801-494-1745.

What if I forget my login information?

Click on the Login button located in the top right corner of your screen, then click "Forgot Your Password". If you remember the username used to register, enter it into the "Recover Your Password" field and your password will be immediately sent to the email address on file. If you cannot remember your email and password, email Online Learning or call 801-494-1745. Please do not create a duplicate registration.

How long are courses/tools available to me online?

Once purchased, you will have access to assessment tests for up to 6 months, depending on the expiration date of the course. Review the course description for specifics.

In most cases, a passing score is 80%. You are allowed to take the test 1 time. If you do not pass the test, further access to course content is denied. If you pass the test, you can view and print a certificate for up to 4 years.

How will I receive credit?

Upon successful completion of your course and related tests, login to access and print an official certificate.
